Day-Wise Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Arrive at Cairo International Airport. After clearing customs and immigration, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure. Optional: Enjoy a Nile River Dinner Cruise with traditional Tanoura and belly dancing performances. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Great Pyramids & Sphinx
Start your journey with the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza (Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure) and the mysterious Great Sphinx. After lunch, visit the Saqqara Step Pyramid, the oldest stone structure in the world. Return to your hotel.

Day 3: Cairo to Luxor (Flight)
Transfer to Cairo Airport for a short flight to Luxor, often called the "World's Largest Open-Air Museum." Upon arrival, visit the East Bank of the Nile to explore the massive Karnak Temple Complex and the beautifully lit Luxor Temple. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4: Valley of the Kings & West Bank
Cross the Nile to the West Bank. Explore the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of famous Pharaohs like Tutankhamun were discovered. Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a stunning monument carved into the limestone cliffs, and see the giant Colossi of Memnon. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 5: Luxor to Cairo & Egyptian Museum
Fly back to Cairo in the morning. Visit the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square (or the Grand Egyptian Museum, if fully open) to see the golden mask of King Tut and thousands of ancient artifacts. End your day with a shopping spree at the historic Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 6: Departure from Cairo
Enjoy your final Egyptian breakfast. Depending on your flight schedule, you may visit the Saladin Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque. Transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight back home.

Important Notes for Clients

  • Visa: Many nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival at Cairo Airport (approx. $25), but please check current regulations before travel.

  • Tipping: Known locally as "Baksheesh," tipping is a deeply ingrained part of Egyptian culture for service providers.

  • Weather: Egypt is very hot from June to August. The best time to visit is during the cooler months from October to April.
