Essential Travel Tips for the Circuit

1. Acclimatization: Spiti is at a high altitude. Drink 3-4 liters of water daily to prevent Altitude Sickness (AMS).

2. Cash & Connectivity: ATMs and networks (BSNL Postpaid only) are rare beyond Kalpa. Carry sufficient cash.

3. Eco-Awareness: This is a zero-waste zone. Please carry your trash back to the plains.

4. Clothing: Layering is key! Temperatures can range from 20°C in Shimla to -5°C at Chandratal.
